I think there is no name more popular and well-known than this one. In a way <\/span>or another, you have certainly already heard of the person of Jesus. <\/span>Some consider him the Savior of humanity, and others, as a <\/span>biblical character. For several decades, he has been the subject of numerous <\/span>controversies, but one thing is certain, we cannot deny His existence. <\/span>Now who is right? Who is wrong? I leave it to the precious Holy Spirit to <\/span>convince your heart.<\/span>

Who is Jesus Christ?<\/b><\/h5>\n

Usually, a person is introduced to us either based on what we say about them (what we have heard), or based on what we know about her (what we have experienced). It <\/span>It is important that you no longer limit yourself to just hearing what you have been told about the person. <\/span>of Jesus Christ and that you begin to know this person that he is, by having<\/span>a life with Him and in Him. Jesus Christ is not a baby or a man who died <\/span>many years, He is God. He has received the name above every name to which every knee <\/span>bend in heaven, on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:10). \u201cThere is no <\/span>salvation in no other; for there is no other name under heaven given among <\/span>men, by whom we must be saved." (Acts 4:12). Jesus Christ is <\/span>Love personified, He is Emmanuel (God among us \u2013 Matthew 1:23), He is the Alpha <\/span>and the Omega (the beginning and the end \u2013 Revelation 22:13), He is the only mediator <\/span>through whom we can access God (1 Timothy 2:5), He is our advocate with the <\/span>Father (1 John 2:1), He is the Righteous Judge (2 Timothy 4:8), He is our Lord and Savior. <\/span>Without Him there is no Eternal Life, for He is the only key that can let us in. <\/span>to the Kingdom of God. <\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus Christ and sin? <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

As I have said before, we are not saved because we are older or <\/span>less good: \u201cAlicia, you know, I live my life in such a way that I avoid as much as possible <\/span>what is bad, I do more good than harm." ; like this sentence that I have <\/span>heard many times can sound so humble and sincere, and it surely is. But <\/span>Tell me, if you were asked to choose between walking on foot for a very long time <\/span>distance and take a car for free that would drop you off at your destination, that <\/span>would you choose? I think I can safely say that you would choose to take the car, <\/span>less than you like suffering or walking. Imagine then that it is the same <\/span>with sin and Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is that car that will prevent you from <\/span>wasting time walking and fighting with sin alone. The first option we have and usually choose is to <\/span>struggle with the sin of ourselves, and when we have hopelessly failed, <\/span>we come out with this magic phrase, which is not necessarily false: "Nobody <\/span>is not perfect." But the problem is that we are concerned with the form and not the <\/span>background. It's like cutting the leaves off a tree and hoping for more <\/span>they would never grow back without having uprooted the tree in question. You <\/span>look at the sin act without worrying about the source sin. However, as long as the source <\/span>will not be destroyed, the act will still occur. <\/span>When the Bible says that Jesus Christ died for our sins, it is not referring to <\/span>the act itself, but rather from the source. As you know, man sinned and was <\/span>expelled from the Garden of Eden, from that moment on, sin spread from generation to generation <\/span>in generation (Romans 5:14), and man found himself imprisoned in his flesh, <\/span>torn between good and evil: \u201cFor I delight in the law of God, according to man <\/span>within; but I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my <\/span>mind, and brings me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. <\/span>O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?\u2026 (Romans 7:23 \u2013 <\/span>24).<\/span><\/p>\n

The sin referred to here is not the act, but the nature in you that causes you to sin. If you plant a mango tree, it will give you mangoes and not oranges. If you <\/span>uproot the mango tree and sow it instead of the orange, this time you will have <\/span>oranges. Sin as a nature is therefore like a tree that produces <\/span>sins. Man is like this earth on which the seed of the <\/span>sin that leads to death, to sow the seed of the Spirit in Jesus Christ who <\/span>leads to Eternal Life. We cannot pretend to be good, no matter what <\/span>number of our good works, if sin (as nature\/seed) lives in our <\/span>members. Paul therefore cries out: \u201cWHO WILL DELIVER ME FROM THE BODY OF THIS DEATH?\u201d <\/span>This is where our Savior comes in, this is where Jesus Christ comes in. <\/span><\/p>\n

Romans 5:15 \u201cFor as by one man\u2019s disobedience many were destroyed made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made <\/span>righteous."<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Acts 4:12 \u201cNeither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven <\/em>which was given among men, by which we must be saved.\u201d<\/em> <\/span>Jesus Christ is the only means by which the world is justified and transformed (Romans <\/span>5:15;18). We face so many scourges in our societies today, and we are often shocked and affected by the seriousness and perversion of human actions. The world is going from bad to worse. Certain events produce in us anger, sadness, and even hatred, which is entirely human, but is this the solution? No longer look at the actions, but at the root. Jesus Christ is the only one who overcame sin, how then would we want to take Him out of the equation of <\/span>change of the world? <\/span>" But Alicia, how does this process you are telling us about take place? <\/b>? \u00bb <\/span>This is where I invite you to read the article on the New Birth. It is very important, if you <\/span>Please take the time to read it. <\/span>Jesus Christ reconciles us with God. <\/span>Beyond seeing Jesus Christ as our Savior, I would like you to see Him <\/span>also as proof of God's Love for humanity, proof of Love <\/span>of God for you. God looked at you and said to Himself, "I can't let him\/her fight <\/span>alone, I will send him My Son." Do not refuse this wonderful gift that is Jesus-<\/span>Christ. He is THE WAY, THE TRUTH and THE LIFE<\/b>. No matter your nationality and your <\/span>beliefs, you cannot overcome sin without Jesus Christ, you need Him, I have <\/span>need Him, we need Him, humanity needs Him; He is the only one <\/span>solution that God in His Love has given us.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
